Alison has experience in working with children through Sunday school, Junior Church, weeknight clubs and the Holiday Club. She has a real enthusiasm for working with children and young people and their families and enjoys building relationships with people of all ages.

She also works part-time for NHS Highland as a Community Paediatrician.

Alison is married to Derek Hay and she has three nearly grown-up children!

Having originally come to the Baptist church through her children attending the Holiday Club, Alison is convinced of the value of working with families through their children.
